Criminal Trial Date Reset
On January 25, 2022, Judge Martinez reset the trial date and related deadlines for United States v. Stewart and Sewall, Criminal Case No. 21-cr-034-WJM. There will be a Final Trial Preparation Conference on October 17, 2022 at 3:00pm in Courtroom A801. A 7-day jury trial is set to commence in the US Courthouse also in Courtroom A801 on October 24, 2022 at 8:30am and will conclude on November 2, 2022 with no trial held on Friday, October 28, 2022.
