Criminal Trial Date Reset
On September 13, 2023, Judge Martinez reset the trial date and related deadlines for United States v. Stewart and Sewall, Criminal Case No. 21-cr-034-WJM. A 13-day jury trial is set to commence in the US Courthouse also in Courtroom A801 on April 29, 2024 at and will conclude on May 16, 2024 with no trial held on Friday, May 10, 2024.
